Tune-up inspections include:
- Check thermostat settings and operation to ensure functionality and lower cooling costs
- Evaluate system for proper operation and cycling
- Check electrical connections and ensure they are secure and corrosion free
- Check amp draw and all motors/compressor
- Check all capacitors for proper charge
- Check refrigerant for proper levels
- Clean condensate drain lines with dry nitrogen and test for proper flow
- Inspect evaporator coils
- Clean condenser coil
- Clean and adjust air handler to ensure proper airflow
